Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. For all products, our return policy is valid for 365 days.

Please Note: By placing an order for a product, all customers agree to adhere to this policy.

 

Eligibility for Return (All Products)

 

You have 365 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If 365 days have passed since your purchase, we regrettably cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in its original packaging.

 

Shiatsu Massage Chair Special Terms

 

The following terms apply specifically to the return of the Shiatsu Massage Chair:

  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (return freight) for the chair.

  • Refund Calculation: The total refund will be the gross transaction price minus the return shipping fee.

  • Packaging Requirement: To receive the maximum refund, the chair must be packaged inside its original box and pallet and be in its original, undamaged condition.

    • Vortex will arrange for the pickup of the chair after a return is initiated.

    • If the original packaging (box and pallet) is missing, or if the chair or packaging is damaged, additional return charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Some health and personal care items.

Required Documentation: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These include:

  • Items returned more than 365 days after delivery.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Opened media items (CD, DVD, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record).

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (processing time may vary).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund posts.

  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at vortexmassager@gmail.com.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at vortexmassager@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.

 

Return Shipping Details

 

General Shipping: Please contact us at vortexmassager@gmail.com to confirm the correct return address before shipping any product.

Cost Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
